It takes 1 to 2 months before the return of a part in stock .

The waiting time varies depending on the model, some are produced infrequently

No , the stock is available on the site during restocking.

I want a personalized piece, is it possible?

No, I'm not taking custom pieces anymore, sorry.

Are my pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes ! except for pieces with gold touches, this is specified on the product sheets

Can I scrub my piece with a sponge and soap?

Yes, your ceramics are totally waterproof and resistant to the rubbing of a sponge and soap.

How are PDFs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated from the weight of the parts, they are specified before purchase.
